All approved hosted foreign buyers of Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) at DistribuELEC-2024, at Mumbai will be eligible for:
- Mandatory one-to-one meetings with Indian sellers at the event.
- Complimentary to and fro economy class air-ticket from the nearest international airport in their country to Mumbai, India.
- Complimentary Transfers from Airport to Hotel and back to the Airport
- Complimentary three days and two nights’ hotel stay at Mumbai, India, for attending the event, including breakfast and dinner.
- Complimentary Coach Transfers from Hotel to Venue and back to the hotel for attending the event.
- Complimentary Lunch at RBSM Venue.
- Visa Recommendation Letters to obtain an Indian visa in their home country.
All approved hosted foreign buyers shall bear the following expenses themselves:
- Visa Application Fee for Indian Visa.
- Travel insurance to India.
- Any other expenses not included in above.
